THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED

Some periods of silence will be part of the day as well as extended practices, gentle mindful movement and a walking meditation in nature.

As we approach the end of the year, this will be a rare chance to relax, replenish, reconnect and to look after yourself before the silly season starts, in beautiful coastal Aldinga.
